UPDATED Hooray Success!! I called the support number and solution was to use a different browser (e.g. I have iPad with Google Crome and kept having same problem, Support agent suggested I try it on my cell phone, and it worked using Safari. It allowed me to enter my virtual debit VISA info with no problem at all. Good luck everyone 🥳

I am still getting same problem with no feedback from support. This is ridiculous. Have used this for several years and thinking I will be looking for a different one soon 🥺

Yes, it is very frustrating. The system just keeps loading and won’t allow me to input my credit card info. I did not have this issue last year.
