I can't download file on my laptop that is working from wifi. Error message is: Windows Installed Returned 1618. In frustration I tried our desktop which is not where I want to work in the house and it worked. That means I cannot bring my past returns of 4 years forward on my laptop. What is the problem please? I am on Window 10. Using Firefox as a browser. Thanks Leah Brown
