  2. I have the same problem. I have not entered any medical expense but have $600 showing on my line 33099. I also would like to know where this is coming from.
  3. Same problems. I tried logging in and out with no change. Tried to delete one of the downloaded information slips to start over but got a different error message and program locked up so I logged out again. Closed the browser and then logged back in and all warnings have disappeared. Hope that's the end of it.
  4. Same error for me but there are about 8 of these values that I can't find. These values are a result of a CRA download. Any luck resolving?
  5. As per JOHNA you just sign in with your own credentials while in the profile of the "client" you wish to represent and once signed in the sin number of client comes up and you are asked if this is the file you want.
  6. Seems to be a common problem. Support chat was not helpful. Suggested I delete the CRA download. Still searching for an answer
