I purchased a 4 user box from Walmart and found I needed more returns. So went out and purchased a 12 return box and uninstalled my 4 user to give to someone else. When i tried to installed the 12 return it remembers the activation key from the 4 return box. I dont want that all i need is the 12 return activation key. What do i do? Using windows 11 pro 64bit thanks Jim
