  1. Thanks Manu34. i also had the same problem of duplicated rental income for my U.S. rental property when entering this data and it was driving me nuts. Your fix of entering it again as “Net foreign rental income or loss” and “Foreign rental income entered as income” worked. I also found that if I only entered the rental income as "Foreign rental income entered as income” and excluding it from “Net foreign rental income or loss” also worked. really weird but seems to fix the problem and triggers the T2209 form to calculate the foreign tax credit.
