I would like to pay now for completing my tax return with UFile but I will not actually input my information until later this month? I cannot figure out how to pay in advance. Any advice? thanks

Hi, I am using ufile for the first time in over 10 years and do not have any record of my previous password. I would prefer to login to my old account than create a new one. As part of the password reset process I am being asked for a "Receipt reference number" but when I put the number from a 10+ year old receipt it is not accepted. Any suggestions on how to login to my account? thanks
