  1. I purchased the 4-pack Ufile for Windows and then wound up doing 2 more returns so I purchased 2 more. When I installed the additional returns, Ufile stuck a Ufile 2021 DEMO watermark on all the tax returns so they cannot be printed and cannot be viewed without this. Ufile isn't replying to my latest email and their previous response was useless and ineffective. I tried to phone today but both phone numbers on their site give a French language message that the phone numbers have expired. I tried to workaround their lack of cooperation by purchasing a second 4-pack ( I have to paperfile a final return because won't let me e-file it even thought CRA would accept that), but I can't load it because of the existing program. It wants only to remove or repair the first 4-pack. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. There isn't even a working email address I can find to talk to a human. Any chance anyone at Ufile sees this message?
