I entered all my information for 2021 Taxes. Paid and then got locked out. Every time I try to get back into my 2021 file to send to CRA I get an error message. I have tried sending a help request to UFILES help email. Get a response with three options. The third option is asking to reply to email that you need more help. Tried that and get email back saying undeliverable. Tried that many times and still says it is undeliverable.
Tried calling the number and go through all the options only to be told they cannot help at this time to call back.
Is this some type of scam?
How do I get my money back?
