Hello, thank you so much for the repy. unfortunately it was box 67. From what i saw the amount it’s added on top of my income and you pay taxes. I’ve sent an email to my former employer to ask him when this amount was paid to me. I don’t know if there coud be the sick days that i did not take before i’ve left and were paid. it’s so confusing

Hi all, I left my job at a hospital last year in August and now I received my forms and I noticed that I have an extra amount that it's added on top of my income. box 67 - Non-eligible retiring allowances. Honestly I do not remember receiving this amount, and I do not have my last payment slips to check. Now have to pay 4000 back, which it's insane. Can somebody explain what box 67 stands for and why this amount was added on top of my income. Thank you
