Thank you so much for your response. CRA told me to send in a new 2019 return residency status as FACTUAL and without a section 216. Does that mean i can just redo the return on ufile and print and send in? They told me to attach a cover letter with information about me and ask them to reassess because I was determined factual and not a non resident.

CRA wants me to do a new tax return for 2018. Can I use the 2018 online file and make changes and re submit?
