I tried to file 2022 tax return but they asked NETFILE Access Code, where can I find the access code? thanks

I was born on Nov. 3, 1957 and I received the old age pension on January 4, 2023. I did not received the old age pension on 2022 but there is an error message saying that i have to confirm that I did not receive the Old Age Pension on 2022. but I could not find where I can enter the confirmation. Please advise. thanks
