Please help fill out CCA for Rental Property

Hello, I have bought a rental with my spouse 50/50. The house value is 350,000 the land value is 150,000. Do I place these numbers on both of our T776 forms in the CCA columns as I am doing it... Or do I use only 50% of these amounts on each of our respective T776 CCA calculation columns. ( I plan on depreciating the rental, my spouse will not be depreciating)
