I have. If my antivirus is expired, could that really do it? Not sure if it is but I will try that. I tried at 8am this morning with no luck.

I have used this product for several years. I have completed our returns and I am getting an Electronic Filing error. I can't currently file the Federal return. It is pasted Feb 20, 2023, so it should be no problem. I am thinking it has to do with the Download where you click on retrieving tax information. When I attempt the download I get the error:Error connecting to the CRA server. I do not want to have to print each page of 5 returns, then mail them all off. Any help will be appreciated.
