Thanks. My father's income is less than $25,195. How to generate Schedule 5 in Ufile.

My father is over 75, he lives with my family. I added him as dependent in my tax return in Ufile. He also filed tax return on his own. However, the schedule 5 can't be generated as care giver amount. Could you please help?
