This has been the most frustrating year I have ever had using this software. It continually gives me this message, no matter what part of the tax return I am working on. Then it goes into "loading mode" and goes nowhere until I have to refresh. Then I end up back in the interview page for the wrong person I am working on. I will not use this program ever again. None of the options suggested above have worked and I am still unable to net file my families taxes. This is the message I now get when trying to netfile
