Hello, it's been days since I've been trying to contact UFile through the chat or the form submission, but these two tools are not working for me. I get stuck in the chat position (e.g. " you are 5 in the queue for 3 minutes", but it passed 10 minutes and looks like the browser freezes every time I try. The form,... I supposedly sent a form two weeks ago, but havenn't received the Request ID number, or any response from UFile team.
Anyone with the same issue? If so, how could you resolve?
PS: I'm abroad now and calls are my last resource.
