Thank you I actually went to another computer in another building, and everything worked fine there. It may have had to do with a firewall or something, but anyway now the problem is solved.

Hello, I'm trying to fix errors but cannot find where they are. The error box says "This error prevents tax calculations. Click here to fix." but nothing happens when I click.
