Changed computers from Mac to PC and was allowed to reset Google Authenticator. Worked!

Waited the 15 minutes, but it still will not let me attempt to login again.... Trying to create a new account...

UFile is not recognizing Google Authenticator and now I'm locked out... how can get get access?
