JUST FIXED THE PROBLEM....the system was duplicating my business income pages so that the same business income and expenses were on other pages making it seem like it was 2 businesses--I just deleted the duplicate pages and all fixed.

I am getting the following warning message: "The same business or rental property name was entered within multiple business, professional, commission, farming, fishing, or rental entries." Both my wife and I had some business income last year in addition to our employment income, so we claimed some home expenses. We are living in an apartment. Is there some kind of rule only 1 person can claim home expenses even though we split the expenses claimed 50/50?
