I had this exact same issue. The only way I could get around it was to: remove the T4A slips remove the value in "Fees for services (T4A Box 048)" add that income to my "Gross sales, commissions or fees" The value at the end of the return was the same, but with no warning messages. This feels wrong? But I so no other way to file my taxes electronically.
