  1. Geo123, Who verified the issue is resolved ? IT IS STILL THERE!!! Please do not make no sense comments and delay us more, TODAY is the last day! Is UFILE aware of this? I have been asking since yesterday, if it is beyond your capability to fix it, please let us know at least earlier so we can look at other solution to submit our TAX. Why no one is replying about refund for already paid in advance accounts?
  2. Login to UFile is a bit better today morning, not in normal speed but also not like yesterday. However, this DOES NOT SOLVE the problem if people can't get their old information to rollover to 2022 and launch it. PLEASE DO NOT TELL us remove 2022 and download 2021 pdf and login again and generate 2022 and launch. IT DOES NOT WORK! We all did it many times. Please send us detail information how to bring 2021 data to 2022 new file to launch. NO time left and we don't even know what else issue we will be facing during NETFILE submitting.
  3. Web site officially announced that there is an issue with web/cloud service. Also mentioned that, UFile customers should be patient, we may be patient but CRA is not! Please give us an update so we shouldn't wait hours and hours in front of the computer, if it is not going to resolve today.
  4. Hello Geo123, Every tab and login take ages and waiting on loading, then finally show up "time out/socket aborted" error. It is just not logical that UFile has no phone support this important and only weekend before submitting, also advertised premium service included with phone support. 2021 Tax information not rolling over to 2022 (Issue not fixed since March 2023), login almost impossible and trying since Sunday morning. This is not acceptable. Are you guys planning any recovery already? Thanks.
