Now I can't even login. I just called the 1-888 number and I got a message saying the office is closed! Seriously? The most important weekend in the Tax season and there's no support? Not a good look!
I have the same issue - UFile taking 10 minutes just to show the Interview page, then doesn't complete loading. I've rebooted my laptop, reset my modem and run a Speedtest so the problem is not my end.
