jbar 0 Posted December 4, 2020 Report Share Posted December 4, 2020 I followed the link from this e-mail thinking I was purchasing UFile2020 but it linked me to a purchase of UFile2019, which I already had. By the time I noticed I had already purchased and been charged for the the wrong year. I submitted a request for refund to UFile but have heard nothing. The product shown in the promotional picture is UFile 2020. Is UFile fixing this problem and will they be refunding my money or sending a link for UFile2020? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Utah 0 Posted December 10, 2020 Report Share Posted December 10, 2020 The same has happened to me, I have sent 2 email requests to have the charge reversed but have had no reply. I also tried calling, once I was on the phone for 2 hours and waited and finally gave up. Can the amount paid be applied to the 2020 version?
