Geo123 Posted October 22 Report Share Posted October 22 Hello Brenda Acc Plus, Due to technical reasons beyond on our control, T2 prior to 2017 will no longer work on any browser. This is due to Silverlight being no longer available. It is no longer supported by Microsoft or Thomson Reuters. Silverlight is no longer available. It is no longer supported by Microsoft. Therefore, UFile T2 (2016 and prior) are not available unless you already have Silverlight or can download the Silverlight Add-in on your own AND you have a previous version of Windows eg. Windows XP, with Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, Thomson Reuters does not have authorized access to Silverlight. We do have professional Tax software with DTMax T2 that supports prior years to 2005 . Please contact us regarding this.
