  1. Hi Isaac, Everyone, It now works fine! Seems installing the latest Win 10 "Feature" update v1709 (that is the Win 10 Fall Creators Update) from Microsoft solved the problem for me. I'd guess they built the app on this platform. Perhaps give that a try. I ran the install as Admin and it worked with no issues. For that right click on the install file then choose "Run as Administrator". Cheers, Paul
  2. Hi, Seems once again we have trouble installing your software on a Win 10 PC. Seems to happen every year. Tried running as Admin, disabling Virus & Firewall, then also trying various windows "Compatibility" modes. But always get the same error: "The Wizard was interrupted before UFile 2017 could be completely installed." Can we please issue a workaround for this or update the installation file. Thanks, Paul
  3. Hi, I'm a long time user also (since 2006) and installing UFile 2015 refuses to start on Win 10 64bit. Tried most things mentioned in these threads. Is UFile going to FIX this? The tax man cometh. I hear v19.15 works. Is there somewhere we can get this version? Does Thomson Reuters even monitor their forums? Might be time to move on, if this continues. Cheers, Paul
  4. Hi, Above info from Gabriel didn't help but we had the same problem with our young daughter, the "CRA Information" was just not there. My wife found the solution that worked for us. Change the DOB to someone over 18 years or so and presto the "CRA Information" section appeared. Enter the pertinent info (including the "Are you a Canadian Citizen" question). Click "Next" then change her DOB back to her/his correct age. Then the error will no longer appear. Cheers, Paul
