  1. Last year my wife took $15,000 out of an RRSP and put $3000 of that towards tax. This is reflective of her T4RSP form she received this year. However we were under the impression that since she had no income last year she was able to withdraw up to $12,000 from her RRSP without paying tax on it, and our financial advisor told us we would get most of that $3000 back this year. However when we enter the data into ufile online it seems we are getting taxed on the full $15,000. Even if I only put in a $12,000 withdrawal and a $0 tax set – aside, it is charging her tax. Again she had no income so shouldn't we be able to withdraw that $12,000 tax-free? Thanks
