  2. I have been a loyal user of Ufile for many years. I changed computers since last year and cannot find my license key. I sent an email to Support on the 25th and still no response.

    I will take my Stupid Stamp now please :-) I was clicking continue, without clicking browse. a standard ID10T error.

    No. I select Carry forward, it prompts me to select the file type (Ufile, TurboTax, H&R Block). I select Ufile, then it says "oops something has gone wrong"

    I downloaded Ufile 2015 yesterday. version 19.15 is installed. When I try and carry forward it says "something has gone wrong". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling I tried looking for updates. I tried running as administrator I tried restarting my computer. I am at a standstill until I can carry forward last year's information
