  1. I can confirm submission through NetFile in Ufile works for me and got confirmation numbers.
  2. For CRA says it on the top here: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/myaccount/ It seems this is general outage as even My Account portal on CRA is offline
  3. That's not consistent with what I've seen and incorrect - error has been popping up since Friday, Mar-10th starting 2pm EST on my Ufile. Initially I thought I am doing something wrong It's extremely embarrassing for tax-filing submission not to work on the busiest period of the year!

Same here - I get on Ufile 2016 when sending: "Rejected" - The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send" It seems to relate to what I see here on CRA My account (http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/myaccount/) "System maintenanceThe CRA’s online services, including the ability to electronically file your taxes, are temporarily unavailable as a result of system maintenance. Please check this page for updates. Thank you for your patience." All that being said this is very poorly handled as a user-friendly message.
