  1. I agree! Indeed, no phone number makes me suspicious. I want to know why they are charging me what they are charging me, tried an email and the online form with no answer to either. If they block service—not even a Chat service—it certainly affects the profit margin, but also certainly drives customers away. What's the point?

    I can't file because of errors that aren't in my return but I can't get any help from Ufile (for two weeks). How do you get help?

    I'm used to ticking a box for this every year but don't remember finding one for 2016. I've filed and might have missed it. if so, does anyone know where it is on this year's form? (I asked Ufile but no response). Thanks
