  1. I've been using Ufile Pro since 2010. Obviously I've been generally happy with the product. However, on March 6 I encountered a serious technical problem with one of my files. I tried several options to correct the problem myself before TRYING to contact Ufile. I've since called (no answer), used the website to get support (no response to several messages) and by email (no response to 4 messages). Are you guys still in business? Do you want to retain my business going forward? If so, please contact me ASAP. For those that are contemplating purchasing, I'd strongly suggest you deal with a company that is responsive (i.e. picks up their phone).
