If you cannot find the activation code for a tax year, and the software is still installed on the old computer, please follow the instructions below:

 

1- Start UFile for the same tax year.

2- Go to the "Tools" menu.

3- Click "Registration".

4- Note the activation code and the tax year.

I have downloaded 2013 - (repair) but needs activation code - mine apparently is maxed in printing and save in PDF

I have download 2012 (new - have TurboTax and also at my max for printing in PDF

I have also downloaded 2011 (new) never had it.

ALL need the activation codes.  I normally get them but they have given me a 2014 activation code but it will not work.  If you can help I would appreciate it.  I only have one to do in each.  Thank you, Miriam
