WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE CRUNCH I KEEPING GETTING THA MESSAGE AND UNABLE TO PROCEED

MY LATEST DATA ENTRIES ARE NOT SAVED AND I HAVE TO START OVER WITH A LIMITED TIME BEFORE I AM FROZEN OUT WITH THAT SAME MESSAGE 

I'VE REBOOTED MULTIPLE TIMES AND CLEARED THE CACHE

[Is Ufile slow today (April 28th 2024)]

not just slow the error code ""nullable object must have a value"" and  ""attempted to perform an unauthorized operation"" messages then not able to cancel the message and all data entered is lost 

save and close is the only option

[Get WAC button - where is it?]

UFIle, can you either please update the package to do as the text suggests, or correct the text to be consistent with what the package does not do?

PS: subsequent news

for other users....the secret is that the Mailing Address has to be completed to enable the "GetWAC" button.  The mailing Address window is elsewhere in the package, and even tough the mailing address could be the same as the corporate address you still have to fill it out.  redundant, but that is the way the program is working.  And the subtlety of the "GetWAC" button not being visible until you do this is silent on the eFile page. A communication deficiency which hopefully they will correct.
