    Hello thankyou,

Please try again to open a request ticket and submit an anonymous file for review on-line at https://www.ufile.ca/contact/contact-us.  The file submission is working, it may be an issue with your E_Mail account or internet browser location settings.

**Before you click Submit please Click on "Submit" only once.** Your browser is going to freeze and don't press anything. About 30 seconds it's going to say "Page unresponsive". It may appear 3 - 4 times. Do not click wait and don't press anything until it says file submitted.**It  take up to 4 or minutes depending on your internet speed.

I tried this today, and several times during the weekend no luck it's stuck in submit

    Hello thanks

The easiest way is to try the first option, save to a PDF file, then try the second option and verify the difference (or if there is no difference).

    FYI   :

Line 30400 - Formerly referred to as the Equivalent-to-Spouse amount, the Amount for an Eligible Dependant Credit is a Non-Refundable Tax Credit designed for single adults who are not claiming the spouse/common-law partner credit and who are responsible for the financial care of a relative

Line 30450 - Canada Caregiver Amount Other Infirm Dependants Age 18 or Older

You can claim an amount up to $7,525 for each of your (or your spouse’s or common-law partner’s) dependents if that person was dependent on you because of an impairment in physical or mental functions and they were 18 years of age or older.

You can also claim an amount for more than one dependant if each one meets all the following conditions:

They were dependent on you because of an impairment in physical or mental functions
They were 18 years of age or older
They were your (or your spouse’s or common-law partner’s) child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew
They were a resident of Canada at any time in the year. You cannot claim this amount for a person who was only visiting you
Their net income from line 23600 of their return (or the amount it would be if they filed a return) was less than $25,195

Please contact UFile Support so we may review the file confidentially.
