I'd like Ufile to create the .u file from the online option so I can upload all the info to the windows one and avoid typing again manually all the family information...

Prior year (2020) with Ufile online, current year with Windows.
How do I get the .u2020 file to carry over to the Windows version. I only got the PDFs last year, but i need the .u file to carry forward tax data

After more than 30 min waiting on the phone, the agent advised that is NOT possible to carry forward the information from the online version to the windows version..............
