[Support email broken link]

I submitted a problem through the website.  I got an automatic response indicating that I should reply for more support.

The response I got was 

Your message has encountered delivery problems
to the following recipient(s):

postmaster
(Was addressed to postmaster@drtax.ca)
Delivery failed
Could not deliver message - system error:
The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. 

 

[CRA Dowload]

when attempting to download tax information from CRA I receive this error message

Error: the web browser has been closed before the completion of this 

process.  What does this mean and how do I correct it?
