I had the same issue today. The T 2203 was removed from the list of Netfile exclusions several years ago and I have been successfully filing with UFile since then until today.
Peter S - I just got an email from the Netfile helpdesk (see below, after many exchanges by email) saying that this should be fixed with the next update :
"We will have a new version of the software next week. The new version 25.20 will allow the electronic transmission for the form T2203."

I filled out the same T2203 form for "income from a province outside of my province of residence" last year (2020), and Netfiled without any problems.
This year, same form, same income split, and there is now an error message saying this is a Netfile exclusion (checked on the CRA website and it is NOT a listed exclusion for netfiling, and hasn't been since 2017).
Help! What has changed this year in the UFile program......tried online help, but they sent me a link to an outdated generic response....

Any idea if/when this will be fixed? I have been able to Netfile form T2203 using UFile for Windows in the past, but this year it doesn’t work and generates the warning “Unable to Netfile - The taxpayer is claiming provincial and territorial taxes from multiple jurisdictions."
