[2020 returns not carried forward]

Its slow, getting the same error every few mins, and when you think its doing a bit better, you get the same error message again. 

I've tried chrome and edge, same thing. Tried on another computer and same thing.

This looks like its an issue on UFile's end and looking at the community posts it has been happening for a few weeks already.

 

 

UPDATE: Since I was going to start from the very beginning again anyway, I used UFIle for Windows version instead of UFile Online. It's obvious the problem is with their servers or something and I won't gamble if they'll be able to fix it before this year's deadline. Windows version had no problems at all since it skipped over their server altogether and was able to submit my tax return in the same day.  

I would love to do that, however I don't believe there is a way to import the uFile oline data into Ufile Windows; I'll have to manually enter the data :-(.

Moreover, I have already paid for uFile onlie.

Does uFile staff read these posts? 

[2020 returns not carried forward]

Even I am unable to import 2020 information into 2021. It has been very frustrating today. UFile has been giving me loading error.I was hoping to complete my taxes today, but can't do it anymore. 

[Error occurred while executing command definition. See inner exception for details."]

I had this error in the morning today and ufile stopped responding. I did actions suggested by support email but to no avail. I had to delete the file and with it my days of work 😞

I created a new fie but ufile is still not working. So my original file is gone and I still can't use ufile. 

Looking at the other threads, it seems that this is a common problem. Only if I had known, I wouldn't have deleted my original file. 😞
