  1. I just made the same report.

    When you are in the filing sequence of the program, there is a certain amount of unclear performance by the system. I feel 'lucky' to have been able to file for my other half, but then I was forced to make an additional purchase to complete my own filing. Sorry to say, my experience with 'chat' support on other platforms has not been encouraging.

  2. I have been forced to purchase Ufile2023 on-line twice  - once in November 2023 for the ONLINE Premium $25.95 + tx  (ref: 6612370500177776100), which I intended to use to file 2023 for my partner and myself only.

    I was able to use it to file for my partner. As I tried to file for myself; I was blocked from filing until I purchased ONLINE Personal Income tax return for $14.00 + tax. (ref: 661237050019251930).

    This was not my experience with Ufile2022 product, where I was able to file for both without issue.

    Now I am out $40 + tax for two filings - please resolve.

    1. In the "Left-side menu on the Interview tab", click on "Interview setup".
    2. On the page that appears to the right, scroll down to the "Other topics" section, check the box for "Adjustment request for a tax return that has been filed" and click "Next" at the bottom of the page.

    (From Dr. Google - I've going to try it and see what happens)
