When I try to access any of my tax years I am redirected to a page that says "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request." 2021 and 2020 are most crucial to me but this seems to happen for every year.
In addition, when I try to email support I get the following response:
Your message couldn't be delivered toufilewebkb@support.drtax.cabecause the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.
The technical information contains my email address so I won't paste it here but needless to say it seems like some crucial systems are failing? Any timeline for this getting fixed? This is a bit of a headache especially given the convoluted email support system (fill a form, wait for an autoresponse, reply to the autoresponse...)
