Hello Alex86,
You must complete the section "Immigrant, emigrant, non-resident".Hi Geo123,
I have just completed the section "Immigrant" for me and "Spouse immigrant" for my wife, but UFile is still asking me to pay for both tax returns.

I'm a newcomer to Canada and set "Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the very first time?" as Yes. For my wife it's not first tax return.
UFile asked me to pay for both of us, but according to your rules it should be free for very first tax return, right?

This will be released shortly.Hi Geo123, thank you for your response.
Do you have an approximate estimation when exactly it will be released? Can I see somewhere when it is released?
It's my first tax return and I'm afraid to be late.

I'm a self-employed in Ontario and work for US company remotely. If I set T2125 > Income, expenses > Allocating income to multiple jurisdictions: Other (outside of Canada) = 100%, on preview tab I get message that I am NOT eligible to file the federal return using NetFile:
QuoteElectronic Filing ErrorsA tax return was generated. However, the errors below prevent the transmission of your declaration.
You cannot currently NETFILE the federal return. Please review the following reasons, and make corrections when possible. If an (*) appears at the end of an explanation below, it denotes a NETFILE exclusion (i.e. the return cannot be transmitted). The taxpayer is claiming provincial and territorial taxes from multiple jurisdictions. *
But according to CRA UFile doesn't have such restrictions. Is it possible to fix it?

I got the same error this year. Just want to confirm that I need to wait until Netfile for multiple jurisdictions is accepted by the CRA again. Any guesses when this will happen?
