My completed return will not open to print or save to Pdf. I get a message that Oops something went wrong. There are no errors to correct. Please advise.

Completed Return will not load

When I get to part 4 to print my completed return it will not load and I get a message that " Oops something went wrong". The return will not load so I am unable to print it or save it to PDF. Since I do returns for elderly people I need to be able to print them a copy. Any ideas?
