[Help and label mismatch]

I was trying to find more information on "Net interest and other invest income" under "Canadian source income not reportable on NR return", I clicked on the question mark and help was titled "Non-resident income from sources outside of Canada", which doesn't really match. Can someone please clarify what this field is supposed to be? Thanks 

[Cannot Autofill]

When I get to the "Download My Information" step and click download, I get the small popup and click "next", after the spinner spins for a bit the popup closes and I see "-3" alert in my original page. I was already logged in to cra in my browser since I use partner login and cannot select that in the popup. 

What do I do from here?
