Its ironic: they would have the DOB or SIN on file if the system allowed you to file your first tax return.
In my case:
I am getting this same error filing for a dependent for the first time. The CRA has had this info for a long time.
I ‘d appreciate any help in this. Wait times on CRA phone inquiries are really long these days.
