Look at this YouTube video starting at 7:25.
-
Look at the first screenshot that Geo123 gave you. The grey panel on the right with his red pointer arrow is the one you want.
-
Click on "Interview setup"
In the right panel scroll down to find "Common tax deductions"
In this box click on the box for "Medical expenses etc."
This should add the missing page for you.
-
When you start the program you will see to the right of the large blue "Start" block, a Grey block "Carry Forward a 2022 tax file".
Select this and all the relevent information from 2022 will be transmitted to this new file.
-
In the Interview tab left panel under Quebec tax credits you will see Senior home support.
Select this and the right panel will show several options. Select "You lived in a condominium".
This will open a page in the right panel that will allow you to enter the information from the TPZ-1029.MD.5.

I notice that the original poster has not selected "agree to Terms and Conditions" in the middle of the page. Could this be a problem?

You can find the information here:

Go up to Curmudgeon's post and click on "Where is line 31350 - Digital Subscription deduction"
-
I contacted then yesterday about this and received the following reply:
You can download the software by using the link:

It worked for me.

@Geo123
Why would you select "No" for income when he states that she has income?
-
Check her "Dependant ID " page and see if, near the bottom of the page, "Did this dependant have any income" is set to "No". If so then change it to "Yes" and try again.
-
It's in the first page in the left side under "Identification".
-
This may help:
-
In the left panel go to "Identification" (the first selection) and read the section titled "CRA - NETFILE Access Code"
-
You're very welcome.
-
-
It's in the very first page on the left column "Identification"
-
A few questions:
Did they actually issue a cheque?
If yes then go to your CRA account and see if they reported it.
If not then you have no income to report for this amount less than $10.

About halfway down on the T4A page you will see a reference to Box 135
Under this is a blank rectangular box.
Click on the small down arrow at the extreme right of this box and select the statement for Box 135.

See if this helps:

This is a strong argument for a backup hard drive. Ufile online also has it's drawbacks.
-
Are you using the Windows version or the Online version?
