  1. CERB benefits go on line 13000 and the govt says taxed back at 50 cents per dollar once over 38,000 net income, is this "true" net income or are there exclusions such as pension income or RRSP withdrawls. I draw CPP and a small pension, work part time plus took out 20,000 out of my RRSP in Jan. So this puts me over 38,000 net. The program does not seem to calculate enough tax owing. If I add income over 38K it does not take away 50 cents per dollar, just at the marginal tax rate.
