Starbase

I get an error code when trying to file saying there is a problem with my T5013 and while everything is the same as last year it won't work. It says at the beginning of the form that I should also enter the information from the Releve 15 form. I have that form, but I don't see any boxes that it matches up with. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I file taxes in Multi-jurisdictions and this year it is not allowing me to print my Quebec tax return. Help please.

I get the error code 90315 saying there is an error in the multi jurisdictions T5013 and suggests and the CRA suggests solutions, but none of them apply. I filed this exactly the same last year and it was fine. Not sure what to do.
