In case anyone is wondering, I called the CRA and you can deduct the cost of a trailer if it is "reasonable". Also, the trailer would be subject to capital gains taxes if I were to sell it for more than what I paid for it.

Hello, Does anyone know if I can purchase an enclosed trailer for my move, if I could claim that purchase as a moving expense? It would be $6-10,000. Thanks!
