Downloaded the 7zip file. Right clicked on downloaded UFile icon and selected the 7zip command to get to five files in the downloaded file. clicked on the .exe file. Surprise! Surprise! It installed!

I run Windows 10. Have not had this problem in previous years. Have tried various fixes. None worked.

What fixes? What instructions? Have tried to find files I read but no help.

Program has been downloaded from email link. It will not respond after clicking "install" button, even as administrator. Have deleted the zip file and re-downloaded. Same result despite many attempts.
