Hi, I need your help! I installed my 2021 UFile and it says I've successfully installed it, but it doesn't open. I keep clicking on its icon but nothing, IT DOES NOT LOAD! To make the matter worse since I installed 2021 UFile, my 2020 UFile doesn't open either. There is a glitch in your program because I'm not the only one, many people are complaining and no one knows what to do. I tried various links sent by UFile to reinstall it but they give the same result. It is extremely frustrating and I need my UFile up and running (running being the operative word).

PLEASE HELP!
