Just talked to my credit card company. Going to have to talk to Ufile to get our money back. Then go buy Turbotax.

I was buying Ufile software at ufile.ca/shop and the web page hung. This is at 5:46:33pm Eastern Mar. 20. My credit card was charged but never got to download page. I can get to ufile.ca but not ufile.ca/shop. Can somebody confirm ufile.ca/shop is up and working?
